This home is set on a 1,400 acre 1930’s site with 360 degree views to the High Peaks, its pond, and a vintage hydroelectric dam and powerhouse. The home is an array of nested octagon rooms, each sized and oriented for its function and adjacency.
The home is made of local stone, bronze elliptical windows, and European timber accents.
